Cancellation & Refund Policy

Oleander provides its customers with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or return an order, so we've created this policy for your convenience.

Order cancellation is only allowed until the order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Customers must contact our support team as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their order.

Oleander only considers returns or refunds in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product. Upon receiving the product, the customer must check its condition and inform us within 24–48 hours if there are any issues. Clear images or a video of the product may be requested to verify the issue.

Once the return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. The refund will be processed only after a quality check. If the product is returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition, the refund request may be rejected.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method only. Refund processing typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time. Shipping charges, if any, are normally not refundable unless the return is due to an error on Oleander's part.

Oleander reserves the final right to approve or reject any cancellation or refund request. Our goal is to ensure every customer has an honest and smooth shopping experience, especially when it comes to sensitive products like baby clothing.
