Shipping policy

Oleander makes every effort to deliver children's coats and pants and kids wear products to its customers safely and on time. Each order is carefully packed to ensure the product remains safe and maintains quality during delivery.

Processing begins after order confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. After processing, shipment is dispatched, and delivery times depend on customer location, courier service, and logistics. Estimated delivery times are for reference only, and actual delivery times may vary slightly.

Oleander offers shipping to selected locations within India. Delivery times may be longer in remote or out-of-service areas, or occasionally, the service may be unavailable. Customers will be notified in advance of such circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value, product weight, and delivery location and are clearly displayed at checkout. Address changes are not possible after an order has been dispatched, so customers are requested to provide correct delivery details when placing an order.

Oleander will not be responsible for courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or any other reasons beyond our control. If the package is found in damaged condition at the time of delivery, the customer should contact us immediately so that a proper resolution of the issue can be given.
